Shipping Policy

SHIPPING​​

  • We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders(within Egypt). International orders are chargeable as per location.​
  • It takes 5-7 days to receive the product from the time of dispatch.​
  • All tracking and courier details are provided to the customer post Dispatch.

HANDLING

Products are dispatched within 10-15 days of order placement.​

This is not applicable for custom orders or orders where design is not provided by us.

60% Cash Refund

At Melee Lab, if you choose a cash refund, we’ll repurchase your item at up to 60% of the original invoice value, reflecting a 40% deduction. This option is available for refund requests made within three years of the invoice date, ensuring you receive a fair portion of your purchase value back in cash if you change your mind about your purchase.

*Items must have the original invoice, IGI Certificate & no visible signs of wear and tear. Subject to the approval of our Melee Lab experts.

Exchange Policy

For all exchanges, Melee Lab will provide a credit note for future purchases. 

• Gold Jewelry: We offer 90% of the current market value based on the net weight of the gold.

• Platinum Jewelry: The buyback value is 75% of the current market value, calculated by net weight.

• Diamond with Gold/Platinum: up to 75% of the current market value based on metal weight and total carat weight of diamonds.

• Gemstone Jewelry: 65% of the current market value, considering metal and gemstone weight.

• Loose Solitaires: No buyback or exchange policy.

The prevailing market value is determined by us, and shipping charges are borne by the customer. Credit notes will be processed via bank transfer within 10 days after quality checks and valuation. This policy does not apply to international orders.
